Counsel for Domestic Legislation in the House of Commons, Daniel Greenberg, will discuss how the legislative making process works.

Daniel Greenberg is a lawyer specialising in legislation and the legislative process with more than 30 years’ experience in both the private and public sector.

He was Parliamentary Counsel, drafting legislation for the government for 20 years, and is now Counsel for Domestic Legislation in the House of Commons.

Daniel is also an Associate Research Fellow of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London and the General Editor of Westlaw UK Annotated Statutes and Insight Encyclopaedia.

Daniel will teach first year LLB Law students how the legislative making process works with a focus on both on primary and delegated legislation.
