Join us for the 2025 MeCCSA PGN Conference and delve into research at the intersection of media and instability.

In an age marked by rapid technological advancements, ecological mutations and shifting socio-political narratives, the role of media and culture has never been more central. Whether reinforcing the paradigm of uncertainty or defying and disrupting social orders, the conjuncture of media and instability requires a critical exploration for both its hegemonic and resisting potentialities. Through the fresh contributions of PhD students and early career researchers presenting at the next MeCCSA Postgraduate Network (PGN) conference, we aim to foster dialogues that investigate instability and its relationship with media and culture from any disciplinary, interdisciplinary or transdisciplinary perspective, and unveil new theoretical insights or practical methodologies for navigating the challenges posed by our ever-evolving, highly-mediated cultural ecosystem.

Coffee, snacks and a lunch reception are included in the 10£ admission ticket.

Two keynote speakers to be announced soon!

This event is not exclusive to current researchers.
All are welcome! So go ahead, tell your friends and bring your crew.
